Year 11 English is a stepping stone into senior English. It is here where you would get a sneak peek into what senior English really is.
The course comprises of 4 strands: Reading, Writing, Speaking and Listening. Each lesson and assessment would stem from these four strands. To complete the course successfully each student must complete all set assessments and do well in the exam, as the course shares a weighting of 40% assessment and 60% exam.
Thus you are strongly encouraged to attend classes always, read, check this page regularly and to always prepare well for assessments and exams.
